Consent to the processing of personal data
By leaving any of your data (which are classified as personal in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ) on the website located at the web address: https://blagoagro.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), owned by Blago LLC, INN 7840105019 (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration), by filling in the fields of any forms on the Website, you automatically join this Agreement, acquire the status of a user of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User of the Website) and agree to all of its terms and conditions without exception.
User of the Site:
1. Confirms that all data provided by him in the registration forms on the Site belongs to him personally, is true, and has not been distorted.
2. Confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully read this Agreement and the terms of processing his personal data in full. The text of the Agreement and the terms of processing personal data are clear to him and he agrees with them;
3. Gives consent to the processing of personal data provided as part of the information by the Site Administration for the purpose of concluding this Agreement between him and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
4. Expresses consent to the terms of processing personal data without reservations and limitations.
5. In accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ, voluntarily, of his own free will and in his own interests, expresses consent to the collection, analysis, processing, storage and use of his personal data (full name, date of birth, passport details, place of stay, residential address, mobile phone, home phone, e-mail address (E-mail), bank card details, other data).
The consent of the User of the Site to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
This consent of the User of the Site is considered to be executed in simple written form.
The User of the Site grants the Site Administration the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data:
1. collection and accumulation;
2. storage for the periods of storage of reports established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years, from the date of termination of use of the services by the User of the Site;
3. clarification (update, change);
4. use;
5. destruction;
6. depersonalization;
7. transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, subject to measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.
The specified consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of provision of data and can be revoked by the User of the Site by submitting an application to the Site Administration indicating the data specified in Art. 14 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (as amended on 22.02.2017).
The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by the User sending a corresponding order in simple written form to the email address info@blagoagro.ru.
The Site Administration is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of the Information posted by the User of the Site on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means.
The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time.
When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between the User of the Site and the Site Administration arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
User of the Site:
